The conference provides women with the knowledge and skills needed to have a greater impact and broader influence within their organizations. Presented by the Raleigh Chamber and PNC, the conference is the Triangle’s most impactful event for advancing women in their careers. With an attendance of over 1,000 emerging and established business leaders, attendees will build their professional network and expand their executive skill set in one dynamic day. The conference includes a morning session and six interactive breakouts that develop leadership skills by offering resources, best practices, and real-life strategies attendees can bring back to their organizations. PTE is a federally funded program through Wake County Government that is FREE to all Wake County Residents, or those that are doing business in Wake County. PTE is designed to help Women, Minority Groups, Veterans, Individuals with Disabilities, Justice-Involved Populations, and Vulnerable Communities remove barriers to entry when starting a business through one-on-one work with a business professional who can help you get from ideation to the point of financial sustainability. The Pathway to Entrepreneurship program is now also offering participants weekly office hours with a Raleigh-Based Marketing Firm, and mini-grants to help offset the cost of starting a business. If you are interested in learning more about starting a business or are an existing business that is looking to reach financial sustainability, please join the information session to learn more about the program and get started creating or improving your business!
