Green Road Community Center

Green Road Community Center is a 29-acre park that opened in December 1985. We are located off of Green Road between Millbrook Road and New Hope Church Road. Our community center has two multi-purpose rooms, a dance room, a fitness room, bathrooms, one air-conditioned gymnasium and one non air-conditioned gymnasium. Our outdoor facilities feature an outdoor basketball court, a new playground, and a covered picnic shelter with 6 picnic tables, tennis courts, sand volleyball courts and baseball fields.

Programs & Classes: We offer a wide variety of programming throughout the year for preschoolers to senior adults. Some of our programs include sports classes, fitness classes, art classes, educational classes, chess classes, bingo, after school, and summer camp. We also have a fitness room that includes treadmills, elliptical machines, recumbent bikes, free weights and universal weight machines.

Rentals: Our multi-purpose rooms, picnic shelter and gymnasiums are available for many types of rentals. Some examples are basketball games, baby showers, birthday parties, school dances, family reunions, work gatherings, and the list keeps going! More information on rentals.

Athletics: We are part of the District B Athletic District. We offer a variety of youth athletic leagues throughout the year including basketball, baseball, softball and football. Our athletic district also includes Lions Park Center, Marsh Creek Center and Millbrook Exchange Center.


We run and manage two unstaffed facilities:

Brentwood Neighborhood Center is located at 3315 Vinson Court. It offers a community center with a large meeting space, office, bathrooms and warming kitchen. The outdoor features include a playground, a picnic shelter, tennis courts, a basketball court and baseball fields. The community center and picnic shelter are available to rent.

Spring Forest Road Park is located at 4203 Spring Forest Road. It offers a large open field space, playground, bathrooms, tennis courts, and a baseball field and picnic shelter. The picnic shelter and open space are available to rent.
