Lake Johnson Indoor and Outdoor Rentals

Picnic Shelters:

Shelters 1 and 2 hold 15 to 20 people. $7/hr (2 hour minimum)

Shelter 4 holds 30 to 35 people. $9/hr (2 hour minimum)

Indoor/Outdoor Rentals:

$75/hr Conference Room (2 hour minimum)


$135/hr Conference Room, Verandah, & Deck

The Conference Room, Verandah, and Deck at the Waterfront Program Center have a maximum occupancy of 99 people and can seat 78 people comfortably.

The Magnolia Cottage is located at 1500 Lake Dam Rd. and has a maximum occupancy of 49. It can be rented for $75/hour with a four hour minimum.

Additional Fees include a $75 refundable Security Deposit and a $40 setup/cleanup fee. If your rental is planned for after park hours a staffing fee of $40/hour is required to keep staff on site.
