Laurel Hills Community Center Rental Information

Laurel Hills Community Center, located in Northwest Raleigh, is one of the newer recreation centers in the Raleigh Parks and Recreation Department. We have a variety of spaces available to rent to the public for events from birthday parties to corporate meetings to small weddings. You may stop by the center during operational hours to see the spaces available. For further information, contact us at (919) 420-2383.

Rental Policies

All rooms/spaces must be rented for a minimum of 2 hours (except for the fields and open spaces).
There is a $15 application fee for all rentals (except for the picnic shelter). Completed rental contract and all rental fees must be submitted in order to reserve room/space.
Please note that there is a $75 refundable damage deposit for all room/space rentals (except for picnic shelters). This may be refunded if the renter adheres to the contract and stays within the rented time.
For all indoor rentals, there is an additional fee of $20 per hour for any room/space rental that occurs outside of operating hours.

Reservations may be made no more than 4 months before or less than 14 days prior to the event.

Two gymnasiums with dividing curtain so they can be used separately or together

Located on the bottom floor of the facility
Food and beverage not permitted in the gymnasiums

Large Meeting Room

Largest room in the facility holding up to 125 people
Located on the top floor of the facility
Ideal activities include family reunions, rehearsal dinners, wedding receptions, small graduations and church groups
