Public Works - Administration

The Administration Division provides leadership and direction for the overall management and operation of the Department of Public Works. The services include assuring effective implementation of all policies and programs; budget administration; coordination of personnel management, monitoring of contracts, analysis of operations for improving effectiveness and efficiency; and emergency management.
