ATTENTION! The DSCSC will be closed from 8:00 a.m. - 9:00 a.m. the first and third Wednesdays of each month for training purposes. Staff will be available to greet visitors and monitor the phones; however, all other services will be unavailable during this time.
The Development Services Customer Service Center (DSCSC) brings uniformity and efficiency for plan review and permitting functions to the building and design community. The DSCSC is located at the One Exchange Plaza, Suite 400 on Fayetteville Street and is operational from 8:00 a.m. to 4:45 p.m. The main line phone number is: 919-996-2495 and fax number is: 919-516-2685.

PLEASE NOTE: All submittals received prior to 4:00 p.m. will be processed the same business day. All submittals received after 4:00 p.m. will be processed the next business day. All cashiering functions cease for the business day at 4:30 p.m.

In addition to the above, the Development Services Customer Service Center accepts payment for Business License fees. These must also be submitted prior to 4:00 p.m. for same day processing. All fees received after 4:00 p.m. will be processed the next business day.
