Download GIS Data

A wide selection of City and County GIS data is available for download free of charge as a courtesy to our customers.

The Raleigh Geoportal provides access to a wealth of geographic information and data from the City's geospatial warehouse. Data is available for download and there is a "Clip-Zip-Ship" feature which allows self-service selection of data. Data from the Geoportal is available in a variety of formats.

Countywide digital downloads are hosted by Wake County GIS and can be found on their Data Download web page. Parcel, street centerline, topographhic, planimetric, zoning, and a variety of other digital data is available in shapefile format. Digital orthophotography is available in MrSID format.
