Zoning and Rezoning

The following links to the right contain information about City of Raleigh zoning processes. This section also includes information about rezoning cases, text changes to the code and has links to the official Zoning Map. You can also search iMAPS for current Zoning classifications.

For a Zoning Verification Letter, please complete the Zoning Verification Letter Request Form. Submit the completed form with a check made payable to the City of Raleigh for $28 to the following:

Note: The City of Raleigh does not provide zoning compliance letters.

Zoning Verification Letters will be processed in the order received within three (3) business days of receipt.
