Raleigh-Wake County Emergency Communications Statistics and Annual Reports

Last Modified: May 15, 2012

Statistics were gathered from various reporting systems used in the 9-1-1 Center, such as Computer Aided Dispatch System and the 9-1-1 Telephone System. The reports document the current month as well as the immediate past months' totals. It takes into account the number of dispatches made and the number of telephones answered.

The Feedback Reports will show how we are doing as a Center in providing service to our customers. Feedback Reports include information such as commendations and complaints received on the Raleigh-Wake County Emergency Communications Center. Feedback Reports are updated quarterly.

Annual reports are a collection of all of the Raleigh-Wake County Emergency Communications Centers' work throughout the year. Information will range from which agencies we service to awards that we are given to not only 9-1-1 employees but to citizens as well, for their courageous actions.
