Budget Ordinance for Bond Projects for FY 2016-17

City of Raleigh

Be it ordained by City Council of the City of Raleigh, North Carolina:

Section 1.

That the following amounts are hereby appropriated for bond projects from previously

unobligated bond funding for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2016 and ending June 30, 2017 in

accordance with the City Capital Improvement Program.

Section 2.

Authorized project expenditures represent appropriations necessary for the completion of

projects and therefore do not require reappropriation in any subsequent fiscal year.
