Demographics

Urban system measures help gauge the quality of the basic urban system of the community. In

many instances, the city does not have total control over the results of these performance

measures, but city policies and actions can affect the outcomes. These measures are organized in

five categories: Demographics, Public Safety, Housing and Economy, Development, and
