Performance Measures

Budget and Management Services produces annual Performance Indicators Reports on data about the Triangle region, the City of Raleigh, and performance indicators for city departments. It is produced as part of the City's on-going efforts to monitor cost and quality of municipal services. It is used to monitor City trends in cost and performance from year to year, which provides the ability to identify those actions that improve both cost containment and quality of service.
