Development Services Division

The Development Services Division provides intake service for a variety of development staff for the processing of building permits, recorded maps, street closings, group housing, subdivisions, site plans, special use, infill re-combinations, and master plans. This division includes the Development Services Customer Service Center and Current Planning staff.

This division is part of Planning and Development. This new organization is an independent, overarching management structure created to oversee development processes from a more holistic position.

Stephanie Currier, Customer Service Center Manager, is leading the Customer Service Center and her team is responsible for the efficient intake and processing of development plans to include the following areas: front desk management, development plans intake and triage, permitting, certificate of occupancy, meeting management, cashiering, and work load tracking.

Marianne Sweden, Training and Development Manager, is tasked with internal training and staff development. She is also responsible for training our external clients as it relates to process clarification.
