Budget and Management Services Department

The Office of Management and Budget prepares and manages the annual operating budget and capital improvement program for the City, as well as conducts research and analysis in the areas of improving operational efficiency and cost effectiveness, performance measures, organizational structure and processes.

The Real Estate Division provides services related to acquisition of real property for City purposes, including rights-of-way and easements, management of leases, management of the City-owned real property inventory, and the disposition of City-owned surplus real property.
