Minimum Requirements
Previous experience in cashiering and/or customer relations positions required. Must be 15 years old or older and have completed the 10th grade in high school.
Computer training required in Class Registration software and Customer Service - training provided prior to work.
Position Duties
Responsible for greeting customers, collecting admission fees, and providing information on aquatic programs. Assists in the collection of all fees. Records all fees collected through the cash register.
Responsibilities:
- Balances all money received at the end of each shift and records all revenue and attendance data on the proper forms.
- Provides information on pool activities to the public.
- Be friendly and helpful to all patrons and fellow employees, treating everyone with respect and cheer.
- Conduct oneself on a professional manner.
- Carry out all additional duties assigned by pool management.
Responsible to: head lifeguard, shift supervisor, assistant pool manager, pool manager, and/or full-time aquatics management staff.
