Part Time Position: Summer Camp Director: Millbrook Xpress and PreXpress Camp

Description & Duties:

Counselors will supervise and interact with children in an all-day, summer-long, traditional recreational camp setting.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• be a positive role model at all times
• plan, implement, and supervise a variety of activities including passive & active games, arts & crafts projects, sports, and other recreational activities
• pay attention to detail; counselors are expected to supervise children at all times
• provide constant communication with Camp Coordinator, Facility Supervisor, parents/gaurdians, and camp participants
• room set-up and breakdown on a daily basis, including necessary cleaning duties
• adhere to all City of Raleigh Policies and Prcedures
• attend all required tranings prior to start of camp (most will be scheduled in May)
