Fred Noble is the Fire Academy Coordinator. He oversees recruits from the fire academy when they are being trained and works closely with instructors for the fire academy. His main responsibility is planning, organizing, and scheduling for the fire recruit training program. He also completes performance evaluations on the recruits while they are in the academy along with assisting with the hiring process, promotional process, and purchasing for the Training Division.

Fred is a 24 year veteran in the department. Worked his way through the ranks from fire fighter to Captain, prior to Training, he spent 4 years in the Office of the Fire Marshall. He also is certified by the State of North Carolina – State Fire Marshal’s office as a Fire Level III Inspector.
