Lake Lynn Community Center

Lake Lynn Community Center was chosen as Carolina Parent's Family Favorites 2011 Place to Walk!

Lake Lynn Community Center and Park is located in Northwest Raleigh. Built in 1996, it offers a staffed community center as well as several outdoor amenities.

The Community Center has a gymnasium with two basketball courts, a dance studio, a meeting room, an art room, all of which are available for the public to rent (see Rental Website). We also have a weight room ($15 per month) and locker rooms in the facility. Programs are offered for all age groups and include sports and athletic leagues, senior programs, health and fitness classes, and arts-based programming. Outside amenities include:

• 4 lighted tennis courts (to reserve please call 919-872-4129)
• a lighted ball field (to reserve please call 919-831-6836)
• batting cage
• playground
• 2 bocce courts
• 2.8 mile greenway trail around Lake Lynn

Baileywick Park (9501 Baileywick Road)
Baileywick Park offers 2 lighted ball fields (to reserve please call 919-831-6836), a medium picnic shelter (8 tables), a small picnic shelter (2 tables), a playground, and walking path. To reserve a picnic shelter, please contact us at 919-870-2911.
