Mordecai Historic Park is located in the heart of downtown Raleigh and is home to some of North Carolina's most extraordinary treasures, including the Mordecai House and the Birthplace of Andrew Johnson - 17th president of the United States. We also offer Raleigh Trolley tours on Saturdays (March through December.)

- Special Events - Mordecai is host to many special events throughout the year, with a little sometihng for everyone.
- Rental Facilities - The Mordecai Grounds and St. Mark's Chapel at Mordecai are available for rentals.
- Trolley Rentals-The trolley can be rented for special events and private tours.
- Volunteer Information - Join us as a volunteer, or join the Mordecai Square Association to support the park.
- Field Trips - Mordecai Historic Park offers hands-on curriculum based programming.
- Leisure - Enjoy picnicking, jogging, or just relaxing on the grounds at Mordecai Historic Park.
- History - Learn about the Mordecai Plantation, the enslaved workers, and the family that lived in the Mordecai House from 1785-1964.
