3. RIGHT on Wilmington Street
4. RIGHT on Morgan Street which becomes New Bern Avenue
5. RIGHT at first entrance into WakeMed, Continue around parking deck by Wake Heart Center to Bus Stop at the William Andrews Center opposite the Emergency Department
6. RIGHT on New Bern Avenue
7. RIGHT on Sunnybrook Road
8. LEFT on Calumet Drive
9. RIGHT on Holston Lane
10. LEFT on Sunnybrook Road
11. RIGHT on Falstaff Road
12. LEFT on Swinburne Street to the Wake County Department of Social Services and the end of the line.

CAT Connector
Route 15 WakeMed has timed connections with the Route 15c Trawick at the Andrews Center in WakeMed. Route 15c Trawick follows a fixed route and has its own brochure. Shaded times in the Route 15 brochure indicates when Route 15 WakeMed and Route 15c Trawick meet at the Andrews Center.
