Curt Willis, a long time City of Raleigh employee, was recently promoted to the Deputy Director for Inspections. Curt's duties include consulting with Architects, Engineers and Developers to resolve issues relating to: building codes, city ordinances and inspection policies.

Curt's past work with the City of Raleigh includes: Building Inspector, Building Inspector Supervisor, Inspections Compliance Officer, and Construction Inspections/Plans Review Administrator. Curt has served as the President of the NC Building Inspectors Association, as a past member of the Board of Directors of the NC Council of Code Officials and has served on the Residential Ad Hoc Committee for the North Carolina Building Code Council.

Curt holds a Building Inspector Level III (unlimited) standard certificate with the North Carolina Code Officials Qualifications Board and is licensed by the International Code Council as a Commercial and Residential Building Inspector.
