Lions Park and Community Center

Lions Park and Community Center, located off of Capital Boulevard on Dennis Avenue, is one of the largest metro parks in the City of Raleigh. The Lions Park Community Center offers great social and recreational programming for patrons of all ages throughout the year.

Special Programming and Events:

Throughout the school year the center also offers afterschool programming for kids ages 5-18. Our free afterschool programming includes the Teen Outreach Program (TOPS) and Community After School Program (CAPS).

Also, please note that every third Monday of the month Lions Park host the East Citizens Advisory Council (CAC) meetings at 7:00pm in the back meeting room area. Additional information regarding the CAC agendas and meeting times can be found on the Citizens Advisory Council homepage.
