Street Damage, Potholes, and Clogged Storm Drains

The Transportation Field Services Division provides maintenance for most streets and rights-of-way within the City limits.

Report damaged streets, potholes, clogged storm drains and other general street maintenance problems on City right of way at pothole@raleighnc.gov or by calling (919) 996-6446.

Damaged Sidewalks

Inspectors in the Transportation Field Services Division inspect damaged sidewalks and coordinate sidewalk repair requests.

Report damaged or broken sidewalks on City right of way by submitting a report using the Online Sidewalk Repair Form or by calling (919) 996-6446.

Damaged or Missing Street Signs

To report missing or damaged street signs along city right of way, contact the Transportation Operations Sign Shop:
