The Development Services Customer Service Center (DSCSC) brings uniformity and efficiency for plan review and permitting functions to the building and design community.

This application allows users to click on the interactive map to precisely pinpoint and describe issues, such as Graffiti, Potholes, Drainage, Signals/Signs, Parks/Trails and Water/Sewer. The appropriate City of Raleigh staff will be alerted and a response coordinated to ensure satisfactory resolution.

The City of Raleigh is pleased to respond to Public Records requests. Responses are governed by the North Carolina statute, specifically N.C. General Statutes, Chapter 132 and provisions of the North Carolina Records Retention and Disposition Schedule Issued by the NC Department of Cultural Resources (Government Records Branch of North Carolina).

The Utility Billing Division is part of the City of Raleigh's Finance Department, and works closely with the Public Utilities Department and surrounding communities.
The Division services approximately 180,000 customers in Raleigh, Garner, Knightdale, Rolesville, Wake Forest, Wendell and Zebulon. Accounts are billed monthly. Bills are sent to customers electronically or by mail.
