Adult Slow Pitch Softball League & Umpires Needed

Raleigh Parks and Recreation Department offers an adult slow pitch softball league. Leagues offered include men's and women's open, co-ed and church.

The registration fee is $450.00 per team with a non-City resident fee of $24.00 per player. Each team will receive a 12 game season with league play starting early April and will run through the end of May with a single elimination tournament. The tournament fee is $50.00.

Leagues will play at Walnut Creek and other City of Raleigh fields. Registration will be February 20-23 at the Athletics Office located at 2401 Wade Avenue Raleigh, NC 27607.

Raleigh Parks and Recreation Department is also looking for adult softball umpires. Individuals that are interested in this opportunity will need to attend the clinic dates, starting Saturday, February 25 at 9 am - 3pm at the Jaycee Module located at 2401 Wade Avenue, Raleigh, NC 27607.

The softball season will start the beginning of April and will run through the beginning of June
