Raleigh Parks in collaboration with the Jordan Porco Foundation would like to invite you to a one-of-a-kind Community Mental Health Check-In Program at Marsh Creek Community Center for Mental Health Awareness Month.
The Check-In program was designed to be an uplifting mental health promotion program that creates an approachable atmosphere that fosters dialogue about mental well-being.

Goals
- Increase awareness of mental health resources and services available
- Reduce Stigma and misconceptions around mental health and suicide that often deter individuals from seeking help.
- Increase willingness to ask for help if experiencing emotional distress.
