Preschool Fun
Explore, learn, and create! Children will discuss the changing of seasons and create a piece of art to take home that represents the theme of that month. Themes will differ each month. Registration must be received three days prior to class.

Crafter-noon

New Art
Delight your child’s artistic side and help them become an artist. Their creativity will open up with fun and exciting painting techniques. Each month we will develop a new technique and experiment with a different delivery of paint. Along with cutting and pasting your child will create their very own masterpiece. Supplies provided. Classes will begin in September. Date: Thursdays; Time: 4 p.m. to 5 p.m.; Age: 6-9 years; Cost: $35 resident / $50 non resident per month
Mindfulness Yoga
This yoga class is geared toward those wanting a gentler approach. Each class will include relaxation and breath awareness, warm up, active practice and sitting meditation with mindfulness techniques woven throughout. Participants should bring a mat, towel or blanket and wear comfortable clothes. The last class for the summer was on June 7 but classes will start again in September. Date: Wednesday; Time: 10:15 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.; Age: 18 + years; Fee: $60 for 6 week session or $10 per class
Beginner Sewing
During this class, you will learn the basic operation of a sewing machine and complete a beginner project using skills you have learned in this class. A couple supplies will need to be purchased by the participant. No sewing experience required.

Intermediate Sewing
During this course, we will cover some of the special features of the sewing machine. Participants will also learn to read a pattern and assemble a project according to pattern markings. By the end of the course, participants will complete an intermediate level project using skills learned in this class. A couple supplies will need to be purchased by the participant. Previous sewing experience needed, as there will be no time spent on basic skills and machine operation. No class November 21. 4Kicks Karate
American Karate is taught with an emphasis on conditioning and self-defense. The program is designed for training in the art of karate for the exercise and sport, providing the discipline of karate, competitive training towards a black belt and participation in tournaments. A onetime uniform fee of $35.00 must be paid separately to the instructor or you may bring your own. Date: Tuesdays; Times: 5:15-6pm Beginner (6-12 yrs) $30/month; 6-6:45pm Intermediate (6-12 yrs) $30/month *Instructor approval required*
Zumba Fit
Zumba® Fit is a feel good workout that combines a motivating fusion of Latin and international music with unique moves and dynamic combinations. A combination of fast and slow rhythms tone and sculpt the body, maximizing caloric output, fat burning and total body toning. No dance experience required. Dance to great music, with great people and burn a lot of calories without even realizing it!
