Get fit this Fall at Lake Lynn! Check out some of our new fitness classes and programs:
Fitness Bootcamp at Lake Lynn (18 years and up)
Gain power, strength and agility from an intense and empowering full-body workout. This bootcamp mixes traditional calisthenics, plyometric and body weight exercises with interval and strength training to blast calories and gain maximum health benefits. Every camp will challenge the body in unique ways by incorporating a variety of equipment and drills, no two classes are ever the same. Participants get a tough, yet fun workout in a supportive and motivational environment. The class begins and ends with a fitness assessment to determine progress. Modifications can be made for all fitness levels. Participants should bring a yoga mat and plenty of water.

Healthy for the Holidays-Accountability Group (18 year and up)
Did you know that the average American gains more than 10 pounds over the course of the holidays? Don’t lose sight of your health goals during the hectic holiday season! Participants will set goals and design action plans to carry them through the stressful holidays, allowing them to work towards their health goals while still enjoying the festivities. These small group sessions offer support and motivation for participants to develop and maintain a healthy lifestyle. Each individual will achieve personal goals though a well-developed accountability system.

Strollercize at Lake Lynn (18 years and up)
Get fit while taking in the beautiful views of Lake Lynn, spending quality time with your little one and meeting other new parents! Participants complete a variety of exercises designed to strengthen muscles, improve endurance and increase flexibility. A stroller is the only equipment necessary for this fun workout.

Total Body Conditioning at Lake Lynn (18 years and up)
This class incorporates cardio and strength training guaranteed to challenge the body and mix up your routine. Participants will use a variety of equipment and formats for an intense and fun total body workout. Class participants will leave feeling strong, lean and energized.
