What is a Neighborhood Meeting?

Neighborhood Meetings are opportunities for rezoning applicants to meet with community members most directly affected by the potential rezoning. Applicants will hold a pre-submittal (first) neighborhood meeting prior to submitting a rezoning application. For some rezoning cases, a post-submittal (second) neighborhood meeting will be held by the applicant.
