In addition, the City of Raleigh is using ENI’s e-procurement system for most of our formal bids for the purchase of apparatus, supplies, materials, or equipment. Access to documents and specifications for these bids are available online via ENI for registered suppliers. See Online Bidding for more information and to register to receive bid notifications via email.
Bid/proposal documents and specifications for bids/proposals that are not being processed via Online Bidding are available by contacting the contact person given for that listing during regular office hours of 8:30 am to 5:15 pm. Bids/proposals will be received until the opening/due date and time given. After the bid/proposal has been opened, click on the opening/due date to view the bid tabulation results, when available. The bid tabulation is only a summary of the bids/proposals received - not an award. Once the bid/proposal has been reviewed and is awarded by the City Council, or its delegate, the contract awarded information will be shown in the Awarded column.
Minority and Women-Owned Business Assistance Program
It is the intent of the City of Raleigh to promote and encourage the use of minority and women-owned business enterprises (MWBEs) while maintaining the integrity of sound financial practices and supporting the growth and development of such businesses.
