Who's it for:
Anyone who wants to access their Utility account information. In addition, if you want to pay those bills with a credit card, then On-line Utility Bill Payment is for you.
What do I need:
You will need a browser with Javascript and cookies enabled, your account number and a MasterCard or Visa credit card. For more information check out our Utility Billing Web Access Instructions.
Why should I use it:
It can simplify your life. Use On-line Utility Bill Payment from anywhere you have internet access. You can access general utility bill information; billing history, consumption history, payment history, bill amount, due date, etc. Pay your water bill any time day or night.
Important Information:
If your service has already been disconnected, please call Customer Service after payment has been made to reconnect your service (919) 890.3245.
If you are paying a delinquent bill near the service discontinuance date, (a delinquent bill is one which has a Due Date of “Due Upon Receipt”), you may wish to contact Customer Service, to let them know. This may help you avoid actual service discontinuance, and the accompanying delinquent penalty charges.
