Budget Publications

Budget

The primary function of the Budget and Evaluation Division is the preparation of key financial planning and budget documents for the city. The division also conducts research and analysis to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness through the use of performance measures and analysis of organizational structures and processes.

Part of this process includes publishing an annual review of internal performance indicators. These indicators give public officials some of the tools necessary to make decisions on resource allocations, organizational changes and process improvements.
