The Chief Financial Officer is responsible for the oversight and management of the Finance Department. The Finance Department performs Water & Sewer Service Connections, Water & Sewer Billing, Privilege Licensing, Revenue Collections, Purchasing, Accounts Payable Processing, Risk Management, Internal Auditing, Financial Reporting, Systems Management, Treasury Management, and Debt Management.

The Deputy Financial Officer is responsible for the management of the City's financial systems and provides oversight for the City's insurance program for worker's compensation, liability and property/casualty. This position also assists the Chief Financial Officer with the oversight and management of the Finance Department.
