Purchasing Division
Purchasing is responsible for the overall conduct or oversight of all purchases of City of Raleigh equipment, supplies, and services.
It is the intent of the City of Raleigh to promote and encourage the use of minority and women-owned business enterprises (MWBEs) while maintaining the integrity of sound financial practices and supporting the growth and development of such businesses.
