The Administration Division provides leadership and direction for the overall management and operation of the Department of Public Works. The services include assuring effective implementation of all policies and program; budget administration and management; coordination of personnel management, monitoring of contracts, analysis of operations for improving effectiveness and efficiency; and emergency management.
