• Applications For Employment: Jobs that are currently available with the City of Raleigh are listed here. Applications may be downloaded from this page or obtained in the Personnel office. At this time, the Personnel Department DOES NOT accept applications electronically. Applications can be mailed to: City of Raleigh Personnel Department, P.O. • Missed Garbage/Recycling/Yard Waste Pickup: Click here to access an online form to report missed garbage, recycling or yard waste service, or to request a garbage cart or recycling bin if you do not already have one. This URL is http://wastecollections.raleighnc.gov/.
• Storm Drainage Complaints: Call 996-3940. For sewer emergencies, call 250-2737 on weekdays or 829-1930 after 4 p.m. weekdays, on weekends and holidays.
• Missing Or Damaged Street Signs: Call 996-6608 (days) or 829-1930 after 4 p.m. weekdays, on weekends and holidays.
• Police Information: The police information desk phone number is 996-3335. To report a concern with a City of Raleigh police officer, call Internal Affairs at 996-3155. The Raleigh police information desk does not have specific information on Wake County court dates/traffic violations/district attorney questions. The number to call 755-4117.
• Graffiti: If you spot graffiti, call it in at 996-6001 or email graffiti@ci.raleigh.nc.us.
• Noise: To issue a noise complaint, call 831-6311 or 996-3335. For information on noise ordinances, call 996-3040.
