Employment with Raleigh Parks & Recreation
The City of Raleigh Parks and Recreation Department offers over 2,000 part-time positions year round. There are a variety of job from working with special populations to coaching athletic sports, to instructing adventure programs. Raleigh Parks and Recreation also offers internships in the areas of Parks, Recreation, Therapeutic Recreation, Marketing and Business. Internships are available Spring, Summer and Fall. In addition, individuals, families, students, businesses, and organizations are invited to contribute time, talents and resources to the community through the Parks and Recreation Volunteer program.
