Probationary Rental Occupancy Permit - PROP
In an effort to enhance existing remedial Code enforcement measures, address repeat offenders of City Codes, and to obtain expedient compliance with City Codes, City Council adopted Ordinance No. (2005) - 720 effective February 7, 2005. This ordinance set out the requirements of the Probationary Rental Occupancy Permit program. This permitting program was found to be necessary to promote public health, welfare, and quality of life issues of the City and its residents. The Housing/Environmental Inspections Division is responsible for administration of this permitting system.
