Public Comments Received at or after the Public Hearing

The following documents represent all catalogued comments received either during the March 19, 2009 public hearing or after. Staff has responded to the comments and proposed a recommended action to each. The comments are separated into four categories (by type): Type 1 comments are those in which staff agrees with the commenter, and has made some change to the Plan based upon the comment. Type 2 comments are comments which staff agrees with; but the implementation may differ from the commenter’s suggestion. Type 3 comments are those which staff feels have already been addressed elsewhere in the Plan, and require no further action. Type 4 comments are those which staff disagrees with the commenter and no action has been taken.
