Community Development Housing Developments

Neighborhood revitalization activities often result in housing developments like the ones listed below. The City of Raleigh has nine Redevelopment Areas. Redevelopment Areas are characterized by multi-purpose redevelopment plans which are prepared by the Planning Department through a rigorous public input and review process. The Community Development Department then implements the plans.

These developments are a result of the redevelopment plans. The following endeavors are currently underway or recently completed. For more information on these or any other Community Development projects, please contact Shawn McNamara.
