LISTENING TO PERSONS IN NEED

Perhaps one of the most critical issues as ideas and recommendations for the Ending Homelessness - 10-Year Action Plan are being assembled is for us to listen carefully to the issues and concerns of homeless persons and those in need within our City.  The following is a record of their quotes and comments as we move through this process and undertake a series of these special meetings.
