To access the City FTP (File transfer protocol) site to view documents, follow these instructions:

  • Open Internet Explorer

  • Navigate to ftp://ftp.ci.raleigh.nc.us

  • At this point you will be prompted for a username and password. Please use the ftp username and password below.

  • Username: CityVendor Password: 8ij0Gq/qg0 (Remember, this password is case sensitive.   You may wish to copy and paste).
