Position Title: Development Services Budget & Financial Analyst
Position Number: 197-09

Salary Range: $47,124 - $80.868
Department: City Manager

Minimum Requirements:  Two years of experience in governmental budgetary and finance activities, and a Bachelor's Degree in Public Administration, Finance, Accounting Statistics or related field. Experience within governmental Development Services organizations perferred.

Position Duties:  Administration and maintenance of the Development Services annual budget. Prepare special administrative management and analytical studies that support decision making by senior managers. Leadership and contract management for the development and administration of proposed cross-departmental enterprise fund and fee structure to support development management services across the City. Analyzes expenditure and revenue status continuously and makes necessary budget adjustments throughout the fiscal year.  Responsible for scrutinizing allocation of expenditures and costs under the proposed enterprise fund.
