The Full Assembly consists of members of the Raleigh community who represent all different facets of the community. Members' terms are three years; one-third of the terms are filled each year. Members may be reappointed to a second term. The Assembly includes ex officio members of the Planning Commission whose participation helps coordinate the Assembly’s mission with the Planning Commission’s initiatives, including the revised Southeast District Plan that covers large undeveloped areas outside the Beltline. Stakeholders who live outside of Southeast Raleigh Assembly area but have a commitment to economic development are considered valued partners.
