Which issues are covered by SERA?

Functions to implement goals of the Assembly around a specific issue.
Develops an estimate of budget needs for the year.
Develops a plan of action for achieving goals identified by the Assembly for the issue area.
Solicits broad based community input and support for programs.
Each issue team responsibilities will vary according their goals.
Members may be from the Assembly of recruits from the community at large
Chair and Vice Chair are appointed by Assembly Co-Chairs for staggered one-year terms.
