What is the Southeast Raleigh Assembly?
The Assembly is a true partnership between the citizens and the City of Raleigh. It consists of appointed members who are nominated by the City Council’s Budget and Economic Development Committee and appointed by the City Council. Members of the Assembly were chosen from business and social leaders in southeast Raleigh and across the city. They also were chosen to reflect the area’s ethnic diversity.
