Transit Operations Center Groundbreaking at Poole Road. The City of Raleigh, joined by state and federal officials, broke ground today to formally begin construction of a state-of-the-art transit operations center. Mayor Meeker presided over the ceremony. The transit operations center will be located on 23 acres at 4104 Poole Road, just east of the Interstate 440 Beltline. More info
