Adult Beginner Swim Class
|
|
This class requires no previous water experience and is geared toward dealing with beginning development of strokes including self help and survival skills.

Adult Intermediate Swim Class
|
|
This class requires that students know how to swim but are in need of improvement. Survival skills, freestyle, backstroke and breaststroke will be introduced and refined.

|
Triathlon Swim Training
|
|
This class requires that students know how to swim but are in need of improvement. We will introduce and refine survival skills, freestyle, backstroke and breaststroke.

|
Adult Stroke Development
|
|
This class is a workout group. Emphasis will be placed on stroke improvement and swimming development. Workouts will be developed to challenge and push each individual. This course requires the purchase of a water exercise pass. Please see Water Exercise Programs for more information.

American Red Cross Lifeguarding
|
|
This American Red Cross program qualifies participants to work as traditional swimming pool lifeguards. Course includes CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer and First Aid. All course materials are included in the price of the course.

|
American Red Cross Water Safety Instructor
|
|
This American Red Cross course will certifiy candidates to teach water safety, including Basic Water Rescue course, Learn to Swim program and Parent and Child classes. All course materials are included in price of the course.
