Registration for 2010-2011 School Based Programs begins on Monday, March 1st. School Based Programs Registration includes registration for After School X-Press, Before School X-Press and Track Out X-Press.

Please read the questions below concerning School Based Programs Registration for the 2010-2011 School Year:
When do I begin registering for programs in the School Programs Brochure? Registration forms will be accepted beginning on March 1st, 2010. Registration
forms will be processed on a first come, first serve basis. Please include a full
payment or a minimum $25 non-refundable deposit per participant and completed registration forms.
Forms can be dropped off at any community centers or mailed in. Please mail
forms to:

Are there any changes I need be aware of when registration for any 2010-2011 School Programs?
Yes. For the 2010-2011 School Year, the After School X-Press Program fees are changing to $1460 for residents and $1580 for non-residents.
How do I register for programs in the School Based Programs?
Step 1: Please complete the registration forms in the School Programs Brochure
completely and sign.
Step 2: Submit the completed registration form. There are two ways to submit your completed registration process:
1) Take the completed registration form and deposit to a center of your choice.
2) Mail completed registration form and deposit to:

Registration must be received 7 days in advance before the participant can begin program(s).
What am I required to pay when I register for any program in the School Programs Brochure ? Select whether you wish to pay in full for programs or wish to select the payment plan option for the ability to make payments throughout the school year.
If you a select the payment play option, a minimum $25 non-refundable deposit per child will be due at time of registration. If the total registration amount is less than $400, full payment will be required at time of registration.
What do I need to do if I have to withdraw from any program in the School Programs Brochure? If you must withdraw from a program, the request for withdrawal must be received in writing to the Recreation Business Office at least 14 days prior to the start date of the withdrawal week to be considered for transfer of fees, credit, or refund.
If I am currently participating in any School Programs this school year, do I need to fill out new registration forms for the 2010-11 School Year? Am I guaranteed a space in programs for the 2010-11 School Year if I am currently participating in School Programs this school year? Yes, you will need to fill out new registration forms for the 2010-11 School Year if you currently participate in School Programs. You are not guaranteed a space in any programs for the 2010-11 School Year if you are current participating in School Programs this school year.
Do I need to fill out a separate registration form for each of my children if I am registering multiple children for any School Programs? Yes, you will need to fill out separate registration form per child if registering multiple children.
