See Raleigh's 200-year history from an old point of view on the Raleigh Trolley!
From the first mule-drawn streetcar in 1886 to the first electric trolley cars in 1933, the trolley was part of the Raleigh street scene. Bloomsbury Park was opened in 1912 at the end of the trolley line, near old Lassiter Mill, to attract riders. After an absence of five decades, the trolley returned to the downtown streets in 1989.
The narrated tours lasts one hour with stops throughout down town.

Hours
The Raleigh Trolley departs from Mordecai Historic Park every Saturday, March through December, at 10am, 11am, 12pm, 1:30pm, and 2:30pm. Free parking available at Mordecai Historic Park.
Tickets
Purchase in the Mordecai House Gift Shop. Reservations can be made one week in advance by calling 919.857.4364 or by stopping by the Mordecai Gift Shop.
$8.00 for adults / $4.00 for youth ages 7-17. Children 6 and under are free.
Stops
The trolley stops at Mordecai Historic Park, Bicentennial Plaza, Glenwood South, Joel Lane House, and City Market. Passengers can de-board at any stop and re-board the trolley at no additional fee. Seating is not guaranteed when re-boarding the trolley.
